The weather was warm, had REALLY REALLY NICE stay with Detroits customer service. Greatly enjoyed the classic-style building and our reasonably large room on top of the box. The hotel was in a central location in the drop off area.

A hidden gem with a cool vibe and helpful staff. Cleaned food off the walls upon arrival. Although the restaurant was a miss, the server Hollie provided great service. With some updates, this hotel has potential. I would recommend staying here.

We stayed at the hotel for a concert and were pleased with our experience. The staff at this charming hotel was welcoming and accommodating, especially towards our teenage daughters who stayed overnight. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Q-line rail and within walking distance of Hitsville USA - Motown Museum. The valet service was convenient and the staff ensured there was no wait for our car. a great stay in a fantastic location.

Room was well presented. Price was quite reasonable. While the front desk staff was amicable and efficient they were somewhat contrived in their manner, while the supporting staff (room service and front door people) seemed far more genuine and sincere.

When a hotel makes a claim that it offers wifi, it should be able to offer the service with some degree of operability. The wifi connection in my room was inadequate.

We were in town for a family wedding and the hotel was very conveniently located to the Church and also to a Kidney dialysis center which my husband had to use while in Detroit! We also were able to take in a street jazz concert just down the block from the Hotel which we just happened to luck into -- very entertaining!

Did not appreciate the fact that Hotel guests were obligated to use valet parking for an additional fee per day. At a hotel of the St. Regis standing I believe that Hotel guests parking should be included in the stay at the hotel. Also I don't believe that this was noted in the booking site. It was not until we arrived at the Hotel that were blindsided with this extra charge!

We recently stayed at a hotel for a special event in Grand Rapids and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was near the Q-line, making it easy for us to travel to the downtown core. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and despite being served in cardboard cups, the quality was impressive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day.it was a great stay with only one minor drawback.

We did encounter some issues with the bar staff, who seemed overwhelmed and disinterested in their work.
